Reschedule and Refund Policy

Reschedule appointment: 

You can reschedule your appointment by using the link in the confirmation email sent right after your appointment was made. A 72-hour notice is required or a $25 rescheduling fee will be charged. If you missed the 72-hour window please email appointments@psychicmediummichael.com and type Reschedule in the subject line.

Late or Missed appointment:

Your appointment starts and ends at your allotted time. If you are late, this is the time you will lose from your session and your session will still have to end at your scheduled time due to appointments scheduled after. If you haven't called or shown up at your scheduled time and 55% of your scheduled appointment has passed, the appointment will be considered a no show and you forfeit your reading. No exceptions.

Refunds:

 All sales are final. There are no refunds unless Michael has to cancel your appointment. If you cancel your appointment 72 hours before your scheduled appointment you will receive a credit good for future sessions by Michael Gourley. (Credits cant be used towards events and/or parties)
